NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A 27-year-old man was killed Sunday while riding an all-terrain vehicle on a Queens street, police said.
Jesus Hernandez, of Brooklyn, was found with severe head trauma around 9:40 p.m. on 77th Street, police said.
He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police determined Hernandez was thrown from the vehicle after losing control and striking a curb.
