Teen Suspect Sought In Deadly Shooting Of 13-Year-Old Brooklyn Boy

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have identified a suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old Brooklyn boy.

Ronald Wallace was shot once in the back just before 1 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Tapscott Street and Blake Avenue in Brownsville, police said.

Wallace was taken to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center where he later died.

Police are now looking for a suspect, identified as 17-year-old Akbar Johns.
