NEW YORK (WLNY) — Jersey Shore’s Deena Cortese is sharing some tasty and healthy smoothie recipes – great for any girl or guy working to stay slim for beach season.

1 ¼ Cups Cold Apple Juice
1 Ripe Banana, sliced
1 Kiwi, sliced
5 Frozen strawberries, sliced
dash of splenda (if you want it)
To make: Just combine all ingredients in a blender until it’s smooth!
2-3 ripe peaches
To make: Peel your peaches and slice them into chunks, then just add them to the blender with ice and blend. Once its smooth, give it a taste and add some honey (as much or as little, depending on how sweet you like it). Blend it a bit more and enjoy!
1 cup of chopped mango (or frozen mango chunks)
½ cup coconut water
½ cup ice
¼ plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tbs. honey
To Make: Combine all of your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
