B&C Morning Show: Boomer Back Where He Belongs
Boomer took a well-deserved day off Monday and had his seat kept warm by Robert Wuhl, who capably filled in for the Blonde Bomber.
Well, this morning uncle Booms was back where he belongs, sitting alongside his little buddy Craig in the Allstate Studio. And together, the Dynamic Radio Duo did their thing, beginning with a discussion about former Nets center Jason Collins, who became the first active player in major American sports to announce that he is gay — and he’s received overwhelming support.
From there the guys offered up some more reaction to the Jets quarterback situation, as Boomer paints a bleak picture for Mark Sanchez and his future with Gang Green. An equally bleak illustration is being pained on a nightly basis by the ‘Not So Amazin’ Mets, who lost to the Marlins 4-3 last night in 15 innings and appear to be heading down a bad road.
