Police: Suspects Sought In Westchester Mall Smash And Grab Robbery

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Police in White Plains have released new surveillance images of three suspects who they said are wanted in a smash and grab robbery at the Westchester Mall.

It happened just after 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Police said the three men walked into the Tourneau watch store inside the mall, smashed a display case with a hammer and stole seven Rolex watches worth a total value of about $315,000.

An armed guard reportedly struggled with the men and fell through a glass window, but no injuries were reported.

Police describe the suspects as black men between the ages of 25 and 30. One man was wearing a light colored sweatshirt, blue jeans and a dark colored baseball cap. The second man was wearing a dark colored sweatshirt, khaki pants and a dark baseball cap. The man third was wearing a dark sweatshirt, blue jeans and a dark colored baseball cap.
