LISTEN: Francesa Talks Harvey, Cespedes
NEW YORK (WFAN) -- Mike Francesa opened his show Monday discussing the Mets, who finished the weekend on a positive note after winning the final two games of their four-game series against the Padres.
On Sunday, Matt Harvey snapped out of his recent funk and led the Mets to a 4-3 victory.

Harvey "pitched well," Francesa said on WFAN. "You'd like to see him be a little more economical, get a little deeper into the game. But struck out 10, had very good stuff early, got a big play at the plate."
Francesa also was talking up slugger Yoenis Cespedes.
"Cespedes got booed at Citi Field early in the season, but when you look up right now, he's at the top of the major leagues in home runs and RBIs," Francesa said. "The man's got 11 home runs and 30 RBIs right now. Robinson Cano leads the majors in RBIs. But think about it: He is right there."
