Boomer & Carton: A Mets Setback, Dreaming Of Durant, And A 'Superhero' Among Us

On Friday morning, after Boomer and Craig got through discussing the plight of the Mets, who fell to the lowly Braves on Thursday night, it was on to the hardwood.

The NBA Draft came and went without the Knicks making a single selection, but not to worry, fans, because Phil Jackson and Co. apparently are hoping the addition of Derrick Rose will be enough to lure Kevin Durant to the Big Apple.

Durant may also consider relocating when he realizes the Knicks have a "superhero" on their roster, or at least that is what Craig would like you to believe. After getting wind of the news that Carmelo Anthony will be playing for Team USA at the Rio Olympics -- despite the very real Zika Virus scare -- Carton took to praising his guy Melo.
