The Italian market's spring pop-up restaurant, SABBIA, is officially open for the season and is busy serving up boozy cocktails like the Frozen Negroni and Aperol Spritz. However, the standout this spring is definitely the Frose Cocktail, which is made with Carpineto "Dogaiolo" Rosato 2016, Tito's Vodka, Peach Liqueur, Prickly Pear Puree, and Grapefruit Juice. Just watch out for that brain freeze. In fact, you can try it out on May 25th, when SABBIA throws their Rosé on the Roof party, which will feature more than 30 wines, beachy bites, and a live DJ.
