TV Magic or TV Tragedy…This is how the guys wrapped up the conversation they had this morning regarding their appearance on Iron Chef (which will air on the Food Network on the very near future). Apparently ole Craigie had some uncomfortable dialogue with Iron Chef, Donatello Apria (pictured left - Hellooooo!!!!); personally I can't wait to see it. With that out of the way, it was on to the Mets and the Yanks. The Mets make news without even playing a game or firing anyone and the Yanks come from behind victory over the Indians last night is over shadowed by Joe Girardi's decision to pass by Joba Chamberlain in the 8th inning. Plus, an informative update courtesy of Jerry Recco and the difference between a traditional hooker and a hooker of the transvestite variety, John Flaherty joins the guys to talk about the Yanks, an attractive American athlete calls it a career, Jerry engages in some inappropriate conversation with Craig's wife, the Jets are reportedly interested in Terrelle Owens, a Moment of the Day from Jerry Recco, a LIVE singing performance courtesy of Al Dukes and an 'Attention Grabber' to light up your life... 
During Jerry's first update of the day we hear John Sterling calling yet another Curtis Granderson long ball, which has become a daily occurrence as of late. We also learned that Alex Rodriguez, who is still sitting on 599 career home runs, finally 'gets it'. Jerry also covered the 5th no-hitter of the season thrown last night by Tampa Bay Devil Ray Matt Garza, the first no-no in the clubs brief history. For those of you keeping track at home, that leaves just the San Diego Padres and the 'Not So Amazin' New York Mets as the only big league clubs to never accomplish the feat. After Jerry was finished the guys discussed the unfortunate situation I found myself in this morning while looking for a parking spot here in the SoHo/Tribeca area, which led to Al Dukes explaining how to get the kind you're looking for...
With the Yanks sitting in first place in the AL East (they currently hold a three game lead over the Rays) A-Rod sitting on home run #600 and Girardi sending a message to the man who used to have his own 'Rules', Al figured we should hear from someone who knows a thing or two about the Bombers, so he went ahead and booked YES analyst John Flaherty to join the Program. Flaherty covered it all and he even informed us that the Yanks are actively looking to bolster the bullpen with a left-handed reliever…

Jenny Finch (Hellooooooo!!!) burst upon the scene about 10 years ago for her prowess on the softball diamond and her good looks. After starring at the University of Arizona, the eye-catching Finch went on to star for the U.S.A. National Softball Team and won a Gold (2004) and a Silver (2008) medal in the process. She is married to Casey Daigle, who is currently a pitcher in the Houston Astros farm system, and she has decided to retire from softball to spend time with her family, the two have a son together, whom they named Ace. Craig voices his displeasure with her selfish decision...
Jerry's 8:30 update got off to a little bit of a rough start when he recalled a conversation he had with Craig's lovely wife Kim, about visiting a strip-club with one's spouse. There are very few subjects that are off limits with Craig, and apparently this was one of them. I also learned, after I was falsely accused, that he isn't too keen on people ogling her breasts. Jerry was able to recover quite nicely though, as he played some exclusive audio of Mets GM Omar Minaya and manager Jerry Manuel discussing the trade dead-line. At the tail end of this segment, we were all treated to Craigie unleashing his 'inner-Doggie'...
Word is the Jets are now interested in signing the man known simply by the initials T.O. Yes, I'm talking about Terrell Owens. The Cincinnati Bengals (Who Dey!!!) are still the favorites to land the talented and controversial wide-out, but the Jets have now thrown their hat in the ring. Boomer & Craig discuss the possibility of T.O. playing in New York, Craig loves the idea, but Boomer is not so sure it will work...
The guys kicked-off the 9 o'clock hour the same way they finished off the 8 o'clock hour, by talking about the pros and cons of the Jets fitting T.O. for the Green and White. They also came up with a new way to sign off the Show, so a rather productive segment when it was all said and done…
For his highly anticipated Moment of the Day, Jerry went back to the 6 o'clock hour when the guys discussed me getting pulled over by the NYPD while looking for a parking spot at 4:30 this morning. Apparently the fine officers thought I was searching for something else… )
Al decided to shake things up a bit this morning and perform his latest song parody LIVE on today's show. He called up a former WFAN intern who calls himself Tommy 'too-tall' and is pretty skilled on the guitar. The two of them joined forces and performed a song by one of Al's favorite artists, Bruce Springsteen. The name of this little ditty, for both 'the Boss' and Al's version, is Fire. It's a little slow, but some pretty clever writing by the genius that is Al 'Hughes' Dukes
