NJ Judge Orders Murder Suspects Returned To Nevada

MAYS LANDING, N.J. (AP) -- A judge in New Jersey on Tuesday ordered a mother and son returned to Nevada to face murder charges.

Michelle Costello and her 19-year-old son, Peter, were arrested at Resorts Atlantic City in October after a casino customer recognized them from the America's Most Wanted" TV program.

They're wanted by Las Vegas police in connection with the Sept. 20 slaying of Costello's 65-year-old husband, Bert English.

English was not Peter Costello's biological father.
