Fire Heavily Damages Uniondale Liquor Store
UNIONDALE, N.Y. (CBS 2) -- Firefighters battled an early morning fire at a Nassau County liquor store Tuesday.
The Fire Department told CBS 2HD the blaze began as a trash fire outside the building around 6 a.m. before spreading inside.
The structure was so badly damaged that the building will have to be demolished.
Officials had no word on what originally sparked the fire. No injuries have been reported.
