NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — The Upper East Side groper may have hit again.

He ran off and she ran to police, giving officers the same description as the one given by other victims of a man, 4′ 11″, 120 pounds with spiky hair and a gap tooth.
“Maybe they should get more security down in the subways with police walking around or more video cameras,” said Gramercy resident Kelly O’Neill.
