Too much ice cream, too much time in the pool, or too much time in the sun can create sleeping problems, but so too can the heat.

Sleeping patterns often change during the summer time especially since the sun is up longer. Waldman says getting on a vacation sleep schedule can add to your insomnia.
“They’re staying up late with friends and neighbors having barbecues, going swimming.
