MLB Network’s own Kevin Millar called into the show this morning to talk about the upcoming Tigers-Yankees series, as well as the rest of the MLB playoffs. But before Boomer & Craig could get into all of that, they first addressed the reports out of Boston that have Terry Francona on his way out.

The guys also touched on the Red Sox’s September collapse with Millar, who played for Boston, among other teams (Marlins, Orioles & Blue Jays) during his 12-year big league career, playing a significant roll on the Sox 2004 World Series Champion team.

As far as the playoffs, Millar favors CC Sabathia over Justin Verlander tonight in the Bronx, but predicted a Rangers-Brewers ‘Fall Classic’…
