B&C Morning Show: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's Absence Causes Quite A Stir
Al Dukes had booked NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to join Boomer & Craig in the Allstate Studio Thursday so that he could promote his new children's book -- and of course, talk some hoops.
Needless to say we were all very excited. Then Al got word from Kareem's assistant that the interview was to be all about the book.
No basketball chat permitted.
Al didn't like the sound of that one bit, so he canceled the interview with a promise to 'bury' Abdul-Jabbar on the air.
Which brings us to today, when Craig followed through on Al's promise...
