“He wants her out the house so he can sell it, and… they executed the eviction lawsuit against her on December 13th of 2011, which happened to be her 98th birthday,” Bortolot told Connecticut Bureau Chief Fran Schneidau.

He says a judge has ruled Mrs. Kantorowski competent to handle her own affairs and a trial has been set for March 2 in Bridgeport.
