Duo Suspected Of Robbing Woman Of Phone, Cash At Lorimer Street Subway Station

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The NYPD released images of two men they say robbed a woman of her phone and cash back in May.

The robbery took place at 5 p.m. on May 6, according to police. A woman was at the the Lorimer Street L subway station when the two men robbed her.

Police said the woman had her phone and cash stolen.

The robbery comes in the wake of a stepped-up NYPD initiative to combat the theft of electronic devices in the subway system.
