NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Anyone in a relationship knows you’re going to have your fights.
Usually, those arguments are about something silly that gets escalated by pride and temper. Th average couple fights two times per week. Not only can the conflict suppress a person’s immune system and health, but for married couples, two thirds of their arguments are left unresolved, which can lead to last problems.
Relationship expert Laurie Puhn is the author of Fight Less, Love More, and she says 5 minutes is all a couple needs to make improvements to their relationship.
