NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — An extra-alarm fire broke out Wednesday afternoon in a warehouse in North Arlington.

CBS 2’s Joe Biermann reported that the fire broke out in a warehouse at 29 Ewing Ave.

About a dozen people were working in the warehouse at the time. They all escaped safely, fire officials said.

Firefighters had to brave bitter cold to battle the blaze. One minor injury to a firefighter was reported.

Flames were still raging at the warehouse as of 6 p.m.
