Teen Charged With Videotaping Girl Undress At N.J. School

LONG BRANCH, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A New Jersey high school student was charged with invasion of privacy Tuesday, after police said he secretly videotaped a girl undressing at school.

Tyler Gabriel, 18, recorded the victim while she was changing in a locker room at Long Branch High School, at 404 Indiana Ave. in Long Branch, N.J., police said.

He allegedly used a cell phone left in a gym bag to record the girl.

Police said the girl was never fully naked.

Gabriel was charged with invasion of privacy. Court information was not immediately available.
