NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police on Wednesday were looking for a man who flashed a woman on a subway train in Midtown last month.
The man, described as being in his 20s, was riding a Manhattan-bound 7 Train at 2:20 p.m. on Feb. 20. Police have released a surveillance photo of the flasher.
