NYPD Officer Arrested, Charged With Assault
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A New York City police officer was arrested Wednesday and charged with assault.
Officer Lisette Jordan, 43, was arrested around 1:45 p.m. in the 5th Police Precinct, which includes the Chinatown area in Lower Manhattan.
She was charged with third-degree assault, police said.
Jordan was off duty at the time of her arrest.
