Man Found Fatally Stabbed In Van Cortlandt Park
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are investigating the stabbing death of a man whose body was found in Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx.
The body was discovered by joggers around 7:30 p.m. Thursday deep in the woods near the park's golf course, CBS 2 reported.
The 40- to 50-year-old man was found unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds to his torso, police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim's name has not been released.
No arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
