Morning Magic On The Couch With Justin Willman

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Justin Willman, a master of magic and host of Food Network's "Cupcake Wars," visited The Couch to talk about his show called "Justin Willman — Tricked Out."

"I started when I was 12 and I started making up tricks with things around the house," Willman said.

The show is a one-man comedy and magic event.

Willman says he likes to pander to both the magic lovers and the "cynics"- those that don't like to be fooled.

"I was a cynic," he said. "I think every magician started out as a cynic otherwise they wouldn't have like dug deep to figure out how all these things worked, you know what I mean, so I'm a cynic at heart and I couldn't handle not knowing- it was sleepless nights, so I had to figure out how it worked."

The show will be at The Highline Ballroom on Saturday, July 27 at 8:00PM.
