Police: Teacher Brought Air Rifle, Imitation Gun To Brooklyn School
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A teacher was arrested Wednesday for allegedly bringing an air rifle and a fake gun to school in Brooklyn.
Vilma Latalladi, 53, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday at the Leon M. Goldstein High School for the Sciences, at 1830 Shore Pkwy. in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn.
She was charged with prohibited use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds.
It was not immediately learned why Latalladi allegedly brought the items to school.
