NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Do you know what to do if disaster strikes?
As WCBS 880’s Peter Haskell reported, emergency management officials in the city are asking New Yorkers to be ready– but many are not.
“People are busy,” one man said.
Office of Emergency Management Commissioner Joe Esposito said the city learned a lot of lessons from Hurricane Sandy.
“We come up with 12 new playbooks,” he said.
