Cops: Larceny Suspect Made Off With Purse While Victim Shopped In Brooklyn
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in identifying and tracking down a suspect in a grand larceny that took place in Brooklyn.
At 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, a woman grabbed a purse that a 15-year-old girl had left unattended while trying on a pair of shoes at a TJ Maxx on 86th Street in Brooklyn, police said.
The suspect fled in an unknown direction.
The purse contained a credit card, $40 cash, and assorted personal items, according to the victim.
