Good evening everyone!

Today was all that it was forecast to be. Just brutal. Records were smashed all over the Tri-State and basically all over the East Coast.

New York City dropped to 2 degrees. Washington, D.C. was down to 5 degrees, breaking the record of 8 degrees. Tampa, Florida also broke a record of 34 degrees.

The chills were also crazy low. Monticello was down to a feels like of minus 33 — dangerous chills.

We also have some snow arriving. A few inches could fall before we switch over to sleet and eventually all rain.

The good news is temps will rise into the 40s! Sunday afternoon could clear out as well and we can have a hint of spring with a clear sky.

Check back in soon for an update.
