Swiss Chard Orrechiette

6 oz red chard
6 oz pasta
4 oz sausage
3 oz olive oil
2 cloves of garlic

In a pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta. Cook to the directions on the box.
In a sauté pan, heat the oil.
Add the crumbled sausage and cook until it’s brown.
Add a little pasta water and the stems of the Swiss chard.
Cook together 5 to 6 minutes.
Add the pasta with 3 to 4 ounces of water and let simmer for two minutes.
Add Swiss chard leaves.
Lower the heat simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
