NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police are looking for a man accused of stroking a woman’s leg on the 4 train in Brooklyn Thursday evening.

He is described as a Hispanic or Asian man, approximately 50 years-old, 5 feet tall, 130 pounds with short salt and pepper hair.
