Stephanie & Tony's Table: Tomato Cod

Ingredients:

1 filet of cod

Salt and pepper

Extra virgin olive oil

12 oz canned tomatoes

2 tbsp capers

Pepper to taste

Parsley.

Directions:

Lightly season the filet on both sides and sear in a hot pan add in tomatoes and reduce heat, allow them to heat up to tempature of fish add in capers and herbs, pepper to taste.
