NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — Police are investigating after a man appeared to wave a handgun behind a television reporter during a live broadcast in New York City.

The man appeared to wave the gun behind George as he spoke about the Peter Liang trial, a police officer charged with fatally shooting a man in a Brooklyn housing complex.
