Video Shows Man Opening Fire While Walking Dogs In East Harlem
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Here's one dog walker that the police want collared.
Surveillance video shows a man walking two dogs on East 111th Street between First and Second Avenues at around 2 p.m. Monday.
The man, wearing a baseball cap, headphones, and jacket paused by a parked car, pulled out a pistol, and opened fire.
The gunman fired several shots and then ran off.
