Caitlyn Jenner To Pose Nude On Cover Of Sports Illustrated, Report Says

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Caitlyn Jenner is reportedly going to be posing nude for the cover of Sports Illustrated.

According to Us Weekly, Jenner will appear on the magazine's summer cover wearing "nothing but an American flag and her Olympic medal."

Bruce Jenner became an international star when he won the gold medal in the decathlon in the 1976 Olympics. Bruce revealed her transition to Caitlyn in a Vanity Fair cover story last year.

Jenner, 66, will be posing nude for the Sports Illustrated cover to celebrate the 40th anniversary of her win.

"She's excited about that," a source told Us Weekly.

Last year, ESPN awarded Jenner the Arthur Ashe Courage Award after coming out as transgender.

"Trans people deserve something vital, they deserve your respect," Jenner said in her speech. "From that respect comes a more compassionate community."

Jenner currently stars on the E! reality show "I Am Cait."
