The alleged incident occurred on Thursday.

Police say Pickney allegedly followed the girl into the elevator at the girl’s apartment in Crotona Park and coerced her into letting him inside her apartment, CBS2 reported.

The girl’s brother said the suspect confronted her at the front door, and demanded to use the bathroom before attacking her in the living room.
