In her book, "Little Satchmo: Living In The Shadow Of My Father Louis Daniel Armstrong," Preston-Folta takes her readers on a journey into the hidden life she and her mother had with the icon. She tells 1010 WINS' Sharon Barnes-Waters "I have waited my entire lifetime to say that publicly, out loud," as she comes out of the shadow and claims her rich legacy.
