Video: Popeye's Worker Menaced With Broomstick During Cell Phone Robbery

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a man who threatened a Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen employee with a broomstick before stealing his cell phone.

According to police, the male suspect entered the Popeye's location on Nostrand Avenue in Flatbush and threatened the employee as the location was closing shortly after 1 a.m. on Nov. 8.

The man then took the employee's cell phone and left the location, police said.

The NYPD describes the suspect as around 35 years old, standing 5'10" tall and weighing around 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white, waist-length jacket, a black hooded shirt, black shoes, blue pants and a blue winter hat.
