WASHINGTON (CBSNewYork) — President Trump sprang into action after a windy day on the tarmac cause a Marine’s cap to go flying.

The president stopped to grab the cap as he walked to Marine One Saturday at Joint Base Andrews.

He put the cap back on the Marine’s head and gave him a pat on the arm.

But moments later, it blew away again!

The Marine followed protocol and held his post until the president boarded the chopper.
