NYC Residents Have Through Sunday To Recycle Their Christmas Trees

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Still need to get rid of your Christmas tree?

Good news – MulchFest has been extended.

New York City residents can drop off their trees to be recycled at MulchFest locations through Sunday.

Just make sure to remove all decorations first.

The Department of Parks and Recreation extended the dates, because of the snowstorm and record-low temperatures.
