Suspect Charged With Raping Woman In Chelsea

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police arrested a Harlem man accused of raping a woman during a house party.

Investigators say 26-year-old George Ballo assaulted the woman inside the Fulton Houses on West 17th Street in Chelsea on Feb. 3.

Police say he was one of two men who attacked the victim in a bathroom and they are looking for the second suspect.
