Workers Safe After Scaffolding Dangles From Building In Midtown

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Two workers are safe after the scaffolding they were on dangled from the side of a Midtown building.

The incident happened at around 10:00 a.m. at 31st Street and 8th Avenue.

One of the workers got off the scaffolding on their own. Firefighters had to help the other to safety.
