It happened at the 48-11 Skillman Avenue is Sunnyside Gardens around 2 p.m.

The 27-year-old victim - who has been identified as the pharmacist - was shot in the arm with .22 caliber pistol. The suspect then took off.

Police released new surveillance photos of the suspected gunman Thursday night. He is described as a Hispanic man in his forties, wearing a baseball cap, and black sneakers.

Witnesses watched in shock as emergency workers rushed the victim to Elmhurst Hospital, where he's in stable condition.

"I did see the guy getting pulled out of the store," said Ariana Negron. "I saw blood on the sheets, I saw him being picked up... they were rushing because it was bleeding, bleeding a lot."
