We have a nor'easter potentially putting down 1-3 inches of rain around the area headed our way.

This morning starts off just fine, but the storm gathers energy throughout the midday and afternoon hours and by this evening, the potential for some heavy rain is around.

Wins also kick in in the afternoon and continue overnight into tough, windy day on Thursday.
