New Jersey Seeing More Gambling Moving From Casinos To Smart Phones, Tablets
TRENTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - More of New Jersey's gambling action has moved out of the casino and onto smart phones and tablets.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Atlantic City casinos and their online partners could generate $460 million in online revenue by the end of the year.
That amount includes both sports betting and a growing number of casino games like blackjack.
It represents a 66% jump from last year, when $277 million was generated by online gaming.
