Absentee Ballots Still Being Counted From Last Month's Primary In New York
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The New York City Board of Elections is still processing absentee ballots from last month's primaries.
We're told the delays is due to the pandemic.
Four boroughs - Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx started opening envelopes and counting ballots today.

Staten Island began on Monday.
The executive director of Common Cause New York is asking the Board of Elections to provide a live stream of the counting process.
