Caught On Camera: Deer Rescued From Long Island Sound
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A deer rescue on the Long Island Sound was caught on camera Monday.
The crew of a fishing boat spotted the deer in the middle of the Sound.
The boat's captain says the doe was having trouble keeping her head above water.
The crew eventually reached the deer and brought her onboard, then took her back to shore and safely released her.
