Sources: Republican Jack Ciattarelli To Concede New Jersey's Governor's Race

TRENTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Sources say Jack Ciattarelli, the Republican nominee for New Jersey governor, is expected to concede to Phil Murphy.

Ciattarelli will address his supporters at a news conference in his hometown of Raritan on Friday afternoon.

In a video message right after the election, Ciattarelli refused to acknowledge Murphy's narrow victory until all mail-in and provisional ballots were counted.
