NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Sports fans reported some issues of the first day New Yorkers could legally gamble online.

The Caesars Sportsbook app and website went offline for almost three hours Saturday.

New Yorkers could also wager on DraftKings, FanDuel and Rush Street Interactive online or on their mobile devices.

People using these sites must be at least 21, and any winnings over $600 will be treated as income and taxed.
