    I can think of many more older disaster/sifi films from the 1950’s and 60’s that featured NY City. Harry Belafonte in The World, the Flesh and the Devil (1959), Cecil Kellaway in The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms (1953), and Phyllis Coates in Invasion USA (1952) are just the ones off the top of my head.
