My numbers were great and I was ready to get back in the saddle and on the road.

I woke up at about 5am, fueled up with the usual and stretched. Oh, and today I also whipped out my Spiro to check my lung function – BOOM! – my levels were amazing! That alone gave me the feeling that this was going to be a great day!
