Bike To Breathe Day 5 - “Rest” and Ride On
Bike To Breathe Day 4 - Boston BoundEven though my legs felt a bit weighed down, I was up at 5:30am and I started my morning ritual, that today also included a check of my oxygen and heart rate with my Onyx Vontage, which slipped right onto my index finger. My numbers were great and I was ready to get back in the saddle and on the road.
Bike To Breathe - Guest Blogger: Gunnar EsiasonEm and I made it to Boston today but have a jam packed schedule. I'll be back with updates tomorrow, but in the meantime, my friend Gunnar Esiason wanted to check in.
Bike To Breathe Day 3 - Smooth RidingIt was like Groundhog’s Day all over again in terms of my morning routine, aside from my legs feeling like flat tires. I woke up at about 5am, fueled up with the usual and stretched. Oh, and today I also whipped out my Spiro to check my lung function – BOOM! – my levels were amazing! That alone gave me the feeling that this was going to be a great day!
